With nearly two decades of experience in the technology services industry, Barbie Barta serves as president for BCT. In this role, Barbie provides strategic direction for the firm, oversees sales and marketing and ensures complete customer satisfaction within our service delivery framework.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative approach, she has developed a strong client base with opportunities across a diverse range of industries: healthcare, retail, energy, nonprofit, education, management consulting, financial and technology. Barbie has proven to be a strategic partner for many companies and organizations locally and nationally.
Through her career, she has led a number of notable initiatives, including restructuring projects, development of strategic business initiatives, and the launch of training and professional development programs.
Barbie is a Board Member of Society of Information Management (SIM), and Chairs the Outreach Program. The program’s mission is to be a partner of choice for educational institutions and like-minded organizations to positively impact domestic supply of STEM graduates.
Barbara A. Martin

Barbara’s entire background has been in information technology contracting and consulting. Her approach to this people oriented type business is that it truly is all about the people. The people she recruits, the people she markets to and the people she mentors—all with respect.

Prior to her current role at Avizion Technologies Group, Barbara’s past work history includes stints at The Systems Group (Co-Founder/GM,) Technical Directions, Inc. (Vice President) and ACS Technology Solutions, Inc. (Vice President.) She currently serves on the Board of TechServe Alliance and is a past president.
Partner - The Harbour Group
Ken Jenkins is currently a partner at The Harbour Group, a Dallas based firm that provides business and technology consulting services. Ken is responsible for the strategy, execution and business results of all of The Harbour Group’s business solutions services.
Ken brings more than 30 years of experience to his current role. He joined The Harbour Group in 1998 as a consultant. Some of Ken’s achievements at THG include:
- Development and implementation of requirements definition and software testing processes for a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winning corporation.
- Design and development of a forecasting model to manage the daily operation of gas processing plants to maximize customer’s profits by utilizing daily gas prices.
- Managed the alignment of IT processes and procedures of multiple data centers for a Fortune 500 company.
Prior to joining the Harbour Group, Ken was an Applications Development Manager at Lone Star Gas Company/Enserch Exploration from 1987 through 1998. He was primarily responsible for the automation of the gas accounting process from measurement to payment/billing. Before that, he led projects at KenDavis Industries International and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
Ken holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas.
Ken enjoys working with children. He has volunteered his time coaching and is actively involved in scouting. He has held leadership roles as board chair on the local YMCA Board of Management and as president on the YMCA Youth Sports Committee.
